- Jimmy KSecond time here at Hi-Fi as a customer...but have known about and been around these guys for years. I recently brought a vehicle in to have a remote starter installed and was pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism.I also just had a laser jammer installed in my new truck. Cain and his team educated me on the product, kept me updated every step of the way and were extremely easy and friendly to work with. I highly recommend these guys for anything they do!
- Craig GAmazing service. This was my first interaction with this establishment. They were quick and professional via email getting me a quote on a remote starter. They were flexible with their scheduling and found a way to squeeze me in during a presumably busy time of year (middle of winter) for remote starters. The were quick and courteous with during all my interactions with any staff. They were all a friendly and remarkable group of guys that did everything right and promptly. They were patient and clear when teaching me how to use the device. I would highly recommend High Fidelity Auto Sport. I will be getting a new car soon and I will be back to have a starter put in for it as well. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience this was. I wish all businesses were like this! - William LToday I had the pleasure of meeting & doing business with Cain at High Fidelity Auto Sports in Newington and his Tech Chris. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee with an auto start but had no remote, when others couldn't fix or repair it all they wanted to do was sell me a brand new auto start system, Chris was able to find a broken wire and locate 2 new remotes for me at an incredible savings instead of just trying to sell me a new a whole new system. WOW!!!! it was nice to see A business with old school craftsman like work ethic and new New school technology , I will return with other cars in the future. I highly recommend.
